High School Programs

High school programs are designed for off-season conditioning for high school
age athletes participating in cross country and track.

Once high school sports begin, those programs take precedence over club activities.
Our wish is to help a large cross-section of athletes from different schools prepare
for their respective high school seasons.

Our winter session starts November 8.
We will workout daily, with some two-a-day workouts.
